Since our products are manufactured and fulfilled specifically for each brand, our Refund & Return Policy is designed to maintain a fair process for both Own Your Label and brand owners.
Returns Policy
Own Your Label will accept returned products only for quality-related issues, such as manufacturing defects, incorrect product specifications from our side, or issues directly related to product quality.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as customer preference changes, size issues, incorrect ordering by customers, change of mind, or reasons unrelated to product quality.
Return Responsibility
As part of our support for brand owners, Own Your Label will bear up to 10% of the total monthly return cases related to quality-approved returns.
Any return percentage beyond the 10% monthly limit will be the responsibility of the respective brand owner. Additional return handling, replacement, or related costs beyond the supported limit may be charged to the brand owner.
Quality Verification Process
All returned products will go through a quality inspection process. The product must be received and verified by our team before approving any replacement or resolution.
If the return is approved as a genuine quality issue, Own Your Label will take the required action based on the situation, such as product replacement or other suitable resolution.
Products returned without a valid quality concern, used products, damaged products caused after delivery, or products not meeting return conditions may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered in cases where a quality issue is confirmed and a replacement or alternative solution cannot be provided.
Refund eligibility will be decided after product inspection and verification by the Own Your Label team.
Brand Owner Responsibility
Brand owners are responsible for setting correct product information, size details, customer communication, and managing customer expectations through their sales channels.
Own Your Label provides manufacturing and fulfillment support but does not guarantee customer sales, customer preferences, or business performance.
