2. Brand Ownership & Responsibilities

Brand owners using Own Your Label are responsible for their brand identity, marketing activities, customer communication, and business decisions. The brand owner must ensure that all content, designs, logos, and materials provided by them do not violate any third-party rights.

Any trademark, logo, design concept, or brand element submitted by the brand owner remains their responsibility and ownership.

3. Product & Manufacturing

We provide manufacturing services based on agreed requirements, designs, fabrics, and specifications. Product colors, measurements, and materials may have slight variations due to manufacturing processes and screen/display differences.

We maintain quality standards, but minor differences between product images and final products may occur.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

Brand owners are responsible for promoting their products and receiving customer orders through their chosen sales channels. Once an order is received, the brand owner must provide accurate order details required for processing.

Own Your Label will handle production and fulfillment based on the agreed process. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customization, production requirements, and external factors.

5. Payments & Plans

All payments for selected plans, services, or additional requirements must be completed as per the agreed terms.

Plan features, pricing, and included services may change in the future. Any changes will apply only to new customers or future purchases unless otherwise communicated.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, graphics, text, branding, and materials created by Own Your Label remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Brand owners retain ownership of their own brand assets provided by them.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of brand owners’ information, including business ideas, brand details, and product requirements. We will not share confidential information without permission except when required for providing our services or by legal obligations.

8. Limitation of Responsibility

Own Your Label provides manufacturing and support services but does not guarantee sales, revenue, or business success. The growth of each brand depends on the efforts, marketing strategies, and decisions of the brand owner.
